A Jet Global technical support representative is available Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM Pacific Time, except on holidays. We will answer your support ticket within 24 hours of receiving it. If the support ticket was submitted during after hours, you will hear from us the next business day. A support resolution is usually exchanged online via the online Jet Global Technical Support system but a technical representative may contact you via telephone or request a Go-To-Meeting session, a web conferencing tool, to resolve an issue.
